Open your meeting and press Ctrl + Shift + \ to start. Cuelumi also offers to start when it spots Zoom, Teams or Tencent Meeting.
02 · Ask
Press Ctrl + Enter whenever you need help. With nothing typed it answers "what should I say now?" — or type a follow-up.
03 · Review
When the call ends, notes, action items and a ready-to-send follow-up email are waiting. Everything is searchable.

Privacy
Only you can see it
Cuelumi's windows are left out of screen shares, recordings and screenshots, and never appear in the taskbar. Press Ctrl + \ to hide everything at once.
Screenshots aren't kept
Captured only when you ask, sent with that request, then discarded.
Audio isn't stored
Audio is deleted as soon as it is transcribed. Only the text is kept.
Your data is yours
Export or delete any meeting at any time. Deleting your account erases everything.
Encrypted in transit
HTTPS and WSS end to end. Your sign-in stays in your system's encrypted storage.

Questions you might have
Can the other side really not see it?
Cuelumi's windows use operating-system content protection, so screen sharing in the major meeting apps, Windows screen recording and screenshots all skip them. We recommend a quick test call with a second device the first time.
Do I need consent to transcribe a meeting?
Cuelumi transcribes live and does not keep audio, but rules differ by country. Follow your local law and tell other participants when required.
Which languages does it support?
English, Chinese and mixed English–Chinese speech today. You can have answers follow the meeting's language or always use one language.
How much is free?
New accounts get free AI and transcription credit automatically. When it runs out you can top up with a redeem code in your account.
Is there a Mac version?
Cuelumi is available for Windows 10 and 11 today. A macOS version is in development.
Where is my meeting data stored?
Transcripts, answers and notes are stored on Cuelumi's servers and only your account can access them. You can delete them from the app or your account page at any time.
